Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz) package Red quinoa
  • 1 (14 oz) can Fire-roasted tomatoes, undrained
  • 1-1/2 cups Water
  • 1-2 Tbsp Gourmet Garden Chili Pepper, optional

Step 1

Combine red quinoa, tomatoes with their juice, chili pepper, if using to taste and water in a medium-size saucepan. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover tightly. Cook over lowest heat until tender, about 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
