Enjoy the tastes of Thailand with this delicious stir fry developed by leading Australian chef, Dominique Rizzo
Heat vegetable oil in wok or large fry pan. Stir fry onion, thinly diced, and 1 tbsp. of Gourmet Garden Thai Seasoning for 2 minutes.
Add chicken breast to wok and stir fry for a further 4 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally. Remove chicken and onion to a small bowl.
To wok, add green beans, baby corn, red bell pepper, remaining Gourmet Garden Thai Seasoning and chicken stock, stir. Place lid on wok and cook for 3 minutes.
Remove the lid and stir in chicken, onion and fish sauce. Serve on steamed rice and top with roasted cashews.
